Who is the HI PRO?

The Home Inspection Pro is Trenton Thomas. He is a licensed Home Inspector in Kentucky (LIC# 102094) Ohio (OHI.2019006188). He joined the Northern Kentucky Association of Realtors as an Affiliate Member, and is an Associate Member with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Trenton is also nationally certified for radon testing, measurement, and mitigation. He is a passionate individual about everything that makes him who he is, his Family, Community, Education, and Interests.

 

Family:

Trenton was born and raised in Northern Kentucky where he currently resides with his family (wife and two children). Their family is centered on continually strengthening their relationships with their strong convictions in faith and responsibility. His family and their support allow him to strive to be passionate about his work. Their relationship and mindset is how the business was established and continues to move forward with the expectation of responsibility, honesty, trust, and service.

Community:

Trenton remains active in the community, especially with his children’s involvement in sports. He volunteers as a coach and is a role model for the young players. He volunteers with soccer, basketball, and baseball and focuses his efforts to ensure the children are having fun and learning a little bit each day about the sport. He also contributes to several fundraising activities throughout the year through several local charities and non-profits.

Education:

Trenton’s beginning education was at Newport Central Catholic H.S. in Newport, KY. He was involved in many extracurricular activities, but most of his time was spent in the after school work program, where he learned his drive and passion for work experience. Trenton then went to the University of Alabama in Huntsville where he earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering.

Interests:

Trenton shares a wide variety of interests and recreational activities. He participates in several recreational sports leagues with family and friends. He also enjoys playing golf and spending time outside with his family. He is an avid DIYer and enjoys working on home improvement projects year round.
